I am an atypical communicator, obsessed with understanding people, with a knack for wordsmithing and bringing clarity into complex human and organizational behavior.
I devote my time to working on complex problems that organizations have at the level of communication: from mysteries such as the flow of internal communication, feedback and how we connect with audiences of any kind, all the way to the type of communication that we use to lead.
I focus on creating communication tools and teaching people how to use them to communicate better. Over more than 15 years of diving into communications and marketing, I've had the pleasure and the privilege of working with a variety of organizations in different industries and I enjoy writing about it, which through a series of serendipitous events led me to be recognized as one of LinkedIn's TopVoices in 2020.
